As with all highly silicated cleaners, an immediate and thorough rinse is recommended to avoid powdery residues on parts and fixtures. Avoid prolonged exposure to glass. Thoroughly agitate while concentrate is being added to the bath.

Disposal:
DARACLEAN 257 Heavy-Duty Aqueous Alkaline Cleaner can be treated via skimming and/or filtering. Final sewerability is determined by the municipal sewer district covering the plant location
Availability, Storage, and Handling:
DARACLEAN 257 Heavy-Duty Aqueous Alkaline Cleaner is available in 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums, and returnable totes. It is recommended that DARACLEAN 257 be stored in well-ventilated areas at temperatures between 4 and 38°C (40°F and 100°F). The recommended shelf life of this product is one year.
Samples should not be stored for long periods of time in glass containers; plastic is preferred.
