As many of you know, HCFC-225 (Asahi) will no longer allowed for use in vapor degreasers beginning on Jan. 15, 2015. But the good news is that California’s South Coast Air Quality Management District just recently announced that the Honeywell Solstice PF solvent is now considered SCAQMD exempt and will be permitted for use in open-top vapor degreasers.
